2.The largest Mongolian wrestling tournament
The largest Mongolian wrestling tournament involved 6,002 participants. It was organized by the Mongolian National Wrestling Federation (Mongolia) and was held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, between 17 and 25 September 2011. The tournament began in Central Stadium at 2 p.m. on 17 September 2011. Wrestlers came from 21 different provinces and 325 “soums” (sub-provinces), with some travelling as far as 1,700 km (1,050 miles) to attend the event.

3. The largest horse parade
The largest horse parade involved 11,125 horses and their riders and was achieved by the Federation of Mongolian Horse Racing Sport and Trainers (FMHRST) during an event organised by Mr.M.Enkhbold (FMHRST Chairman) and Mr.P.Sergelen (FMHRST Secretary General), in Khui Doloon Khudag, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on 9 August 2013. The parade covered 4 km (2.49 miles). The participants came from each of the 21 provinces of Mongolia. The youngest horseman was Uurtsaih Gerelt-Od, a boy aged 2 years 8 months. The oldest horseman was Mr.Dashchoimbal Gungaadash aged 90 years.

3. The most runners in a horse race
The most runners in a horse race are 4,249 and were achieved by the Federation of Mongolian Horse Racing Sport and Trainers during an event organized by Mr.M.Enkhbold (President of FMHRST) and Mr.P.Sergelen (Secretary general of FMHRST), in Khui Doloon Khudag , Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on 10 August 2013.
A total of 4,279 horses started the race and 30 were deducted from the final total as they did not finish the race course. The race covered a distance of 18 km (11.18 mi). The first 5 horses arrived at the following times: 1st place- 24 min 30.42 sec; 2nd place-24 min 30.46 sec; 3rd place- 24 min 30.54 sec; 4th place-24 min 31.23 sec; 5th place 25 min 02.36 sec. The youngest rider was 7 years old and the oldest one was 79 years old.

5. The largest camel race
The largest camel race involved 1,108 participants and was achieved by The Administrative Office of the Governor of Umnogovi aimag (Mongolia), in Dalanzadgad city, Umnogovi aimag, Mongolia, on 7 March 2016.
The race was just over 15 km long with the fastest finishing in 35 min 12 sec and the whole race completed in 1 hr 8 min. The race was organized with the purpose of increasing the population/use of domestic Bactrian camels in Mongolia.

6.The most bouts won by a sumo wrestler
The most bouts won by a sumo wrestler in one calendar year is 86, achieved by Yokozuna Hakuho (Mongolia, birth name: Mönkhbatyn Davaajargal j) in 2009. This is out of a total of 90 regulation bouts that top rikishi fight annually.
